Shipping Restrictions

A $15 Non-Delivery Fee will be charged for refused shipments. The Non-Delivery fee will be charged to the payment form selected during checkout, and will be subtracted from any refund or store credit. All packages returned to sender due to customer error may be reshipped or refunded for a $6.99 fee.

** During the holiday period, processing times may extend beyond the usual 24-72 business hours and might vary.

All orders are generally processed within 24-72 hours of being placed. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing next business day. Orders placed after 5:00pm EST will begin processing on the next business day. Please take into consideration the 24-72 hour processing time.

Orders shipped ground to the western U.S. can be expected within 5-10 business days. Ground orders shipped to the eastern U.S. generally take 3-7 business days. USPS Priority services are sent on a 1-5 day service once they have completed processing. All USPS delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. The total time needed to deliver your package may be longer and is the responsibility of the carrier.

Expedited, overnight and 2-day shipping services are available through FedEx at an additional cost. EMstore.com is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including shortage of materials, labor strikes, transportation failures or acts of nature. Please note estimated shipping time does not include weekends and holidays.

For quicker delivery, expedited Next Day and 2nd Day shipping services are available through FedEx and UPS.

USPS is required for all deliveries to PO Boxes and military addresses. We cannot guarantee replacement of lost packages shipped via USPS. EMstore.com offers insurance on all packages for an additional cost. This ensures replacement for damaged items or lost packages.

Signature and insurance are automatically applied to all qualifying orders of $500.00 or more. We highly recommend these shipping options to ensure the safe delivery of your order. If you choose to waive these options by unchecking the selection or signing ahead on the carrier website, EMstore will not be held liable for any shipment damaged or not received.

The Department of Transportation requires certain pressurized or flammable items to be shipped via Standard Ground. Any order that contains one or more of these items will automatically be shipped on a ground service.

EMstore doesn’t ship to freight forwarders or addresses outside the United States. We reserve the right to cancel all orders shipping to a freight forwarder.

If an item in your order is out of stock, we will fulfill the remainder of your order and provide you with an estimated ship date of the backordered item(s).

Return Policy

Here at EMstore.com, we want to make sure that your shopping experience is a positive one! That is why we offer a 45-day return policy on items purchased through our store.

*Please note, the following items are NOT eligible for return or store credit:

  • Samples
  • Shipping charges including insurances
  • Upgraded packaging add-ons (i.e. thermal liners, ice packs)
  • Promotional items
  • Value-saving items (i.e. EMstore bundles)

If there has been a mistake on our part, or if the product was damaged during shipping, we will be happy to send you a complimentary pre-paid return shipping label as well as a replacement product. All products that are returned to us must be sent back in their original packaging and not tampered with.

  • If the product you received is unopened, you have 45 days from the delivery date to receive a refund for the value of the product minus $6.99 for the prepaid shipping label.
  • If the product you received has been opened and/or has been used, you have 30 days from the delivery date to submit a return request for a refund for the value of the product minus $6.99 and 8% handling fee.
  • Store credit returns are not subject to the $6.99 label or the 8% handling fee.
  • EMstore.com does not offer exchanges on items
  • In order to return a package to us, you must have a Return Authorization Code which will be sent to you via e-mail following the submission of the return form. All refunds MUST fill out and submit the return form below before your request can be processed. Any package returned without an approved RMA code will NOT be accepted and will be sent back at your expense.
  • In order to be eligible for a refund or replacement, the product you are sending back to us MUST be at least 75% FULL with all of the original packaging, pieces, and printed material included in the return package.
  • In order to be eligible for a refund or replacement, the original packing slip showing the order number from EMstore.com must be included in the return package.
  • In order to be eligible for a refund or replacement, all gifts and promotional material associated with the product purchased must be included in the return package.
  • In certain instances, we will ship out a replacement product or an exchange prior to receiving the original product back to our warehouse and will include a prepaid shipping label with the replacement. All original items are expected to be returned to our warehouse within 10 days of receiving the return label either. If the product is not received within 10 days, we reserve the right to charge the full price of the original product along with the cost of the shipping label ($6.99) to the originating form of payment.
  • Orders that waived insurance are not eligible for a replacement if the package was damaged or lost during shipment
  • Shipping charges may be deducted from the final refund amount.
  • Refusal to replace or refund items not submitted within the specified time frames.
  • If you would like us to provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label, a $6.99 charge will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • If you are returning a product due to an error originating on your part (such as ordering the incorrect product, color, etc.), there will be a 10% handling and re-stocking fee deducted from the refund amount in addition to the $6.99 charge deducted for the pre-paid return shipping label (if applicable). This is only applicable to refunds and store credit.
